• Responding to enquiries submitted through the contact/enquiry forms regarding vehicles (Traveller N, Urbania, Monobus, Gurkha, ambulances, special-purpose vehicles), fuel station services, construction projects, or after-sales service and support;

• Creating and managing your "My Account" login, where applicable;

We engage website hosting and infrastructure providers, Google LLC (for Tag Manager, Analytics, and Maps), communication service providers (email, SMS, WhatsApp Business), IT/website development and maintenance vendors, and, if introduced in future, payment or financing service providers.
